Rear windows need repairing

All windows require the soldiers removing and to be replaced with normally laid brickwork. The first picture shows the large left hand window as seen below. It has been decided that extra widows will be required on the right hand side as well.

> Fifty three and a half inches by one hundred and seventeen inches in width.

History: Was repaired 14 years ago after new plastic windows were fitted to replace original wooden ones. The outside wall had dropped either because there was not a support fitted originally or it had deteriorated. Unfortunately two levels of brickwork above the window as before do not seem to have a stable footing?

You can just make out the pointing where the brickwork was removed for the repair. But above the upended bricks and one line of bricks a gap has appeared causing those bricks to appear to just be resting on the window frame. Seems to be that nothing is supporting the two levels of bricks above the frame?

Note: Looking again at the plastic window there seems to be a wide strip of plastic that has been placed below the upended bricks. Perhaps the window was originally too small and the gap filled with the strip of plastic?

You may note that the other two window frames fit up against the brickwork unlike this one.

Below: The second window is leaking from above and like the large window may either be nothing above the frame or perhaps just deteriorated?

Below: The third window's brickwork above the window has bowed and needs repair.

>Important: The initial work required is as follows: Replacement and repair to the above windows and brickwork to comply with the requirements as made available in a separate document that will be made available. The replacement of the barge board to the rear and part side to the outside chimney brickwork to the same outline as seen. The cement that birds have removed above the barge board to be repaired and plastic end covering fitted. Other work detailed within the above document to be priced and carried out at a later date depending on the results as to the work carried out above.
